While up in Inuvik I had the pleasure of being involved with the Inuvik Community Greenhouse. I watered plants, I built a compost bin with my assistant Forbes, I fixed some essential plumbing, and had a great time hanging with the local gardeners. This place it the only large scale greenhouse norht of 68degrees and it's a total inspiration. This project displays what is possible in terms of local and community-based agriculture.
